Job Description:

A leading financial company expanding its activities into savings and investment services is seeking a candidate for the position of Regulation, Control, and Risk Manager.

Company deals with local entities and Israeli governments regulations / issues.

This role includes responsibility for all aspects of the company's regulation, control, and risks to ensure compliance with legal and governmental standards, as well as to prevent operational, business, and financial risks.

The role involves overseeing the company's risk map, establishing processes, policies, and procedures for existing and new products and services, and formulating operational risk policies including business, financial, and corporate regulatory compliance aspects, as well as ESG aspects.

The manager operates independently, monitoring the relevant agenda for the organization, supporting the company’s management and business units in identifying and tracking challenges and organizational failure points, building or amending control procedures, ensuring the effectiveness of compliance procedures, and conducting investigations of failure events and risky operations.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Industrial Engineering and Management, Law, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or Project Management). A Master’s degree is an advantage.
• At least 5 years of experience in control and supervision processes in finance departments or in Organizational Methods and Systems (O&M) or Project Management, or in managing regulation, control, or risks, preferably in the insurance or financial sector.
• In-depth knowledge of professional requirements, regulations, process implementation, and report submission.
• High analytical ability and capacity for independent decision-making.
• Strong management and team motivation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Hebrew and English.

תיאור התפקיד

חברה פיננסית מובילה המרחיבה את פעילותה לתחומי שירותי חיסכון והשקעות מחפשת מועמד/ת לתפקיד מנהל/ת רגולציה, בקרה וסיכונים. התפקיד כולל אחריות על כלל היבטי הרגולציה, הבקרה והסיכונים של החברה, במטרה להבטיח עמידה בדרישות החוק והתקינה הממשלתית, וכן פעילות מניעת סיכונים תפעוליים, עסקיים וכספיים.

בעל/ת התפקיד אחראי/ת על מפת הסיכונים של החברה, קביעת תהליכים, מדיניות ונהלים למוצרים ושירותים קיימים וחדשים, תוך גיבוש מדיניות סיכונים תפעוליים לרבות עסקיים, עסקיים-פיננסיים, וציות רגולטורי תאגידי, היבטי ESG.

המנהל/ת עצמאי/ת בתפקידו/ה, מנטר/ת את האג'נדה הרלוונטית לארגון, מלווה את הנהלת החברה ואת היחידות העסקיות בזיהוי ומעקב אחר אתגרים ונקודות כשל ארגוניות, בנייה או שינוי נהלי בקרה, אפקטיביות ציות נהלים, ביצוע תחקור אירועי כשל ואופרציות בסיכון.

דרישות התפקיד:

• תואר ראשון בתחום רלוונטי (הנדסת תעשייה וניהול (או"ש), משפטים, כלכלה, מנהל עסקים, ראיית חשבון וכדומה או/ו ניהול פרוייקטים). תואר שני – יתרון.
• ניסיון של לפחות 5 שנים בתהליכי בקרה ופיקוח באגפי כספים או בארגון ושיטות (או"ש)או/ו ניהול פרוייקטים, או  בניהול רגולציה, בקרה או סיכונים, רצוי בתחום הביטוח או הפיננסים.
• היכרות מעמיקה עם דרישות מקצועיות, רגולציות, הטמעת תהליכים והגשת דוחות .
• יכולת אנליטית גבוהה ויכולת קבלת החלטות עצמאית.
• כישורי ניהול והנעה של צוותים.
• יכולת עבודה בתנאי לחץ ועמידה בלוחות זמנים.
• כישורי תקשורת מצוינים, בכתב ובע"פ, בעברית ובאנגלית.

• אישיות הניחנת ביכולת עבודה בממשקים עינייניות ומקצועיות גבוהה
• כישורים גבוהים בירידה לפרטים ופרטי-פרטים.
