Global Risk Officer

we are looking for a skilled and experienced Global Risk Officer to join the company. In this role, you will lead the design and establishment of a comprehensive risk management framework for a global leading fintech group. You will assess, evaluate, and manage risks across the business, building a risk function, establishing risk policies and procedures, providing actionable insights to senior leadership and fostering a culture of risk awareness.
The Global Risk Officer will report to the Chief Legal Officer.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Analyze current risks and identify potential risks affecting the company.
Create and draft risk asses

5-10 years proven experience managing the risk function in an organization, or similar role in risk management.
Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Law, Industrial Management, or a related field.
Ability to work independently, with an entrepreneurial, founder, hands-on mentality.
Ability to manage a substantial function in a global corporation and lead projects from planning to execution.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Experience working within a large, complex global organization.
Great communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
