One of our clients, an early-stage startup with an AI product, is looking for a Sales Manager

who will establish and build the company's sales department.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Manager located in Raanana.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and leading a team of sales representatives, setting sales targets, developing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. Other day-to-day tasks may include conducting market research, analyzing sales data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools
• Ability to motivate and inspire a sales team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
