Full time in the office (Herzliya) from 10am-7pm (Sunday – Thursday)

A Logistics and Operation Coordinator is needed for a leading international eCommerce

company in the beauty & wellness space. a pleasant & dynamic work environment, long

term position. In Herzliya

Responsibilities

• Responsible for administrative work, operations, inventory management, and shipment reconciliation
• Inventory reconciliation with vendors/warehouses
• Adding new products to our website
• Ongoing managing and tracking of shipments
• Requesting quotes, analyzing, comparing and optimization.

Qualifications

• Fluent English - Mandatory!
• Computer skills, experienced in working with Gmail, Excel, Google Sheets (will be tested)
• Prior knowledge in logistics is not mandatory, Must be driven, fast learner, hard-working,

highly-organized, attention to details, reliable, go-getter!

• Experience in ERP systems - Advantage
• BS degree in Communications or Business Administration - preferred
