Lightricks is looking for an Employee Experience Specialist to join the Operations team who can turn dreams into reality - quickly, efficiently, and with a smile.
Operations at Lightricks is a global team that manages all the behind-the-scenes work necessary to maintain vibrant and creative office environments for our employees worldwide, whilst working simultaneously to enrich every aspect of our employee's day-to-day experience. From transport to food, and parties to swag the Ops team will be working hard to deliver the best tailor-made experiences.
The Employee Experience team works to provide a strong infrastructure of events, experiences, and swag to allow all of our diverse teams to meet and deliver their professional and personal goals.
If you are passionate about conceptualizing creative ideas and managing them through to delivery, combined with being meticulous for details and famous for your good nature and can-do approach, then the Lightricks Employee Experience team is the place for you!
What You'll Be Doing:
- Plan and execute various operational tasks, ensuring our initiatives are brought to life from concept to completion.
- Responsible for drafting and distributing all internal communications for the Operations.
- Support employees by addressing significant life events in their personal lives.
- Collaborate with HR to operate our recognition program, celebrating and rewarding employees who exceed expectations.
- Oversee health insurance matters, working closely with our insurance agent and ensuring employees are enrolled and well-informed.
- Handle employee reimbursements efficiently and accurately.
- Assist in planning and executing company wellbeing activities.
- Actively participate in various tasks that support the growth and success of Lightricks.
- Manage bureaucratic issues and paperwork meticulously and efficiently.
- Ability to connect and work with individuals across various positions within Lightricks, as well as with external suppliers and stakeholders.
- High-level writing and communication skills in both English and Hebrew.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage and streamline processes effectively.
- Proven operational skills with a positive can-do attitude.
- Versatile, able to take on different tasks within the team, and be a supportive team player.
- Capable of working independently with a proactive approach.
- Experience using Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Monday.
- Fluency in both Hebrew and English is required.
- Previous experience in the same field - a big advantage.
- B.A/B.Sc is a plus.
