Skills & Experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in affiliate marketing or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret performance and make informed
decisions.
• Proven managerial experience – managing and building a team
• Familiarity with the online gaming industry and trends in affiliate marketing.
• Outgoing approachable person who can fit into a social team
• Experience of working in a sales-orientated and target driven environment is
essential.
• Good negotiation skills.
• Ability to build excellent working relationships internally and externally
• Highly enthusiastic and motivated.
• Able to multitask and meet key deadlines and targets.
• A team player with strong communication skills (both verbal & written)
• Strong analytical skills to interpret performance and make informed
decisions.
• Highly customer-focused and experienced in managing key accounts.
• Fluent in English. Additional languages will be considered as a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Proven track record of driving growth and achieving KPIs in affiliate marketing.
• Flexibility to travel, depending on business needs.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field –
advantage.
