Coordinator for the Business Intelligence

(Junior, suitable for a first managerial role, full-time position, location: Tel Aviv)

The Israel Export Institute is a public body dedicated to promoting Israeli exports through various means, operating under the Ministry of Economy in collaboration with other governmental and public entities.

The role entails responsibility for the operation and promotion of a unique AI-based technological-intelligence solution that identifies, categorizes, and disseminates business intelligence to the exporter community. Additionally,

managing the unit's inquiries across various topics:

• Coordinating and liaising with the development and maintenance team, ensuring quality control of intelligence, scanning and enriching data through supplementary research.
• Editing and distributing the unit's weekly newsletter and intelligence digest.
• Oversight and tracking of tasks and inquiries for the Business Intelligence Unit.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree, advantage for fields related to information science, knowledge management, business administration, or economics.
• Familiarity with AI technology, proficiency in GenAI tools – significant advantage.
• High-level English proficiency, additional languages are a plus.
• Computer skills – Office (proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint), information retrieval capabilities (advantageous), familiarity with Salesforce.
• Marketing orientation, familiarity with newsletter marketing, corporate networks with emphasis on Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Preference for candidates with military intelligence/investigative roles or experience in business development.

The position is based in Tel Aviv, full-time, with one work-from-home day per week.
