We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our B2B Growth team, reporting directly to the B2B Analytics Lead. In this role, you will influence decision-making processes by collaborating with teams across the company, working with data, creating monitoring tools, drawing actionable insights, and communicating them to stakeholders at all levels. We seek a team player with excellent analytical skills, the ability to tell a story through data, attention to detail, proficiency in conveying a message, and strong problem-solving abilities.

What You’ll Be Spending Your Time On

• Strategic Insights: Translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations using storytelling, data visualization, and compelling presentations.
• Lead Key Analyses: Conduct in-depth analyses on topics like conversion, churn, segmentation, customer value, and other business KPIs.
• Tracking and Methodologies: Create tracking tools, dashboards, and methodologies to enhance business visibility and identify growth opportunities.
• Forecasting and Target Setting: Develop business forecasts and set targets based on a deep understanding of the macro environment, business performance, and market challenges.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with teams across the organization, including Marketing, Growth, and Sales, to drive business improvements and track growth initiatives.

• 4+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within a dynamic, fast-paced business environment.
• BA/B.Sc. in Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or another quantitative field.
• Proficient in BI tools (Looker, Power BI, etc.).
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas, creating dynamic models).
• Strong SQL with experience in querying large, complex data sets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels and turn complex concepts into actionable recommendations.
• Deep understanding of business analysis, modeling, and data infrastructure, driven by business goals.
• Curious, with a strategic mindset and a passion for deriving insights from data.
• Ability to drive change and impact within a complex organizational environment, comfortable with some pressure.
• Enjoys solving problems and answering business questions using data, with a keen eye for detail and the bigger picture.
• Skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously in a results-oriented environment.
