About the Position:

We are seeking a full-time Human Resources Manager to oversee our human capital strategy. This pivotal role involves strategic planning and execution of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, training, development, and employee welfare.

The Human Resources Manager will report directly to company executives, manage external relationships and coordinate the CEO's schedule.

This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of a pioneering company in the blockchain and digital currency sector.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Social Sciences – mandatory.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Human Resources – mandatory.
• Service-oriented mindset, seriousness, and politeness without exception.
• Proficiency in computer systems, CRM, and Office.
• Fluent English speaker – mandatory.
• Strong work ethic and readiness to succeed.
• Familiarity with and passion for blockchain and digital currencies (an advantage).
