We are hiring a Customer Success Manager with experience in Asset Management, Wealth Management and/or Private Banking.

Here's what you'll be up to:

1. Accountable for Customer’s overall success with SMARTGEN, including renewals, expansion, customer health, and satisfaction.

2. Support the Relationship Managers to deliver range of products and services available to Family Office HNW clients from moment of appointment including the transition, analyzing client needs, recommending improvements, and assessing the impact of any newly recommended or additional financial services.

3. Proactive problem resolution.

4. Partner with RMs to define what success means for them, then help them make use of SMARTGEN’s products and services to achieve their business targets.

5. Work together with other teams at SMARTGEN, to ensure we are addressing our customers' needs.

6. Facilitates planning sessions to develop new solutions to client needs. Anticipates or creates opportunities for enhancing client relationships through new products or services or increased consulting activities.

7. Cross sells products/services supporting and leads the development of new solutions to client needs. Coordinates presentations, brings in experts when appropriate, "closes the sale", ensures smooth delivery of new services, and communicates emerging needs.

Here's what we're looking for:

1. At least 5 years of relevant Private Banking / Wealth Management experience with Russian speaking HNWI clients in the financial or investment sector (private banks, wealth mangers, Investment firms, law firms);

2. You're a pro in Russian. Hebrew and English is a plus, but not a must;

3. The candidate will have gained a degree or equivalent from a reputable institution or some form of financial qualification.
