Community Manager

We're seeking for experience, passionate and creative Community Manager to join our team and shape our community engagement strategy from the ground up.

The Role

As our first Community Manager, you'll play a crucial part in building and nurturing our community, creating compelling content, and driving our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Discord Management: Create, manage, and grow our Discord community. Engage with members, facilitate discussions, and ensure adherence to community guidelines
• Social Media Groups: Develop and execute strategies to increase engagement on various social media platforms. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and discussions promptly.
• Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to create relevant content
• Community Feedback: Gather feedback from the community to help improve our products and services. Communicate user insights to the product development and marketing teams.

Requirements:

• Community Management: Proven experience managing online communities, particularly in the fintech or trading sector.
• Social Media Proficiency: Strong knowledge of various social media platforms, including but not limited to Discord, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
