Salesforce Implementer

A large financial organization is hiring an experienced Salesforce Implementer.

Responsibilities:

- Design and implement Salesforce solutions tailored to business needs, ensuring alignment with best practices.

- Conduct regular system assessments to optimize performance and user experience.

- Develop and manage complex Flows, reports, and dashboards to enhance data visibility and decision-making.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.

- Provide ongoing support and training for end users to maximize system utilization and address any issues.

- Manage user permissions and access controls to ensure data security and compliance.

- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate users on new features and best practices.

Requirements:

- Two years of experience in Salesforce implementation (holding Salesforce Admin Certification).

- Proficient understanding of the system, including system architecture, data structure, capabilities and limitations, best practices, management of various permission structures, and expertise in Flows, reports, and dashboards.

- Experience working with Lightning.

- Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (including experience with Entitlements).

- Experience in needs analysis, business requirements, and supporting and training end users.
