Our HR team plays a crucial role in driving organizational success through effective people management, advanced HR systems, and comprehensive data analysis. We are currently seeking a HRBP & HR Operations for maternity leave replacement with a potential for permanent placement. This role will include a broad range of HR responsibilities: strategic HR business partnership, employee lifecycle management, and HRIS management, specifically with the Hibob system.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic business partnerships and coaching to all managerial levels.
- Manage employee’s full life cycle including On/Off boarding, learning and development.
- Lead cross-organizational HR projects and policies aimed at continuous process improvement.
- Lead the administration of HR processes within the Hibob HRIS, ensuring efficient configuration, maintenance, and operation.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis of HR processes to provide insights for decision-making.
- Provide ongoing HR dashboards to management.
- Conduct benchmarking and support the annual compensation cycle (Merit) and other compensation-related initiatives.
Requirements:
