What's Guardio?

Guardio is a B2C cybersecurity startup offering security and privacy solutions directly to consumers - regular people, not corporate companies. We develop products you’d want for yourself, your parents, family, and friends. Our goal is to protect real people from cyber problems and crime. We try and avoid buzzwords, but sometimes those keywords are necessary: we help our customers avoid and combat the modern world’s security threats, like phishing, financial scams, malware, browser hijacking, identity theft, data leaks, and a whole lot more.

Guardio is a relatively small company (we just passed 80 people) on a rapid growth path, and we’re looking for core team members to join our team. We already have well over a million registered customers and plenty of new products and features in the pipeline.

So, what's the job?

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join Guardio’s Data Team. In our data-driven company, this role is crucial for shaping business decisions and recommendations. You will be involved in in-depth cross-company research and modeling, as well as tactical ad-hoc analysis to quickly respond to business needs.

You will:

• Collaborate with Finance and management to prepare subscription-related data models and top-line metrics reporting.
• Focus on company-level KPI, revenue, and billing efforts.
• Develop complex SQL scripts and Dashboards in order to provide a broad overview of Guardio’s financial health and business performance.
• Perform research and ad-hoc analysis to derive insights and recommendations.
• Develop and maintain revenue/retention prediction models and reports.

Well, our guess is you have a good chance of being that person if you check as many of these as possible:

• 4+ years experience as a Business analyst.
• Very high level of SQL and data processing understanding.
• Proven track record in subscription-based companies.
• Stickler for details and delivering high-quality and well-tested results.
• Comfortable handling topics such as LTV, Churn, revenue prediction, and paying users.
• Strong storyteller with excellent data visualization skills.
• Working experience with BI Front tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau etc..).
