We are a young and dynamic company that develops a SaaS solution that helps agro-business and farmers all across the world to increase their yields and maintain profitability while decreasing their inputs.
We are looking for a Brazil territory Sales Specialist – Israel based to successfully be a part of the sales team, participate in the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closure, ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and providing the best solutions.
- Drive successful sales within the Agro-business corporates segment.
- Develop and maintain professional networks within the industry, leveraging them to enhance sales strategies and foster business growth.
- Achieve/exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by driving the brand awareness with the sales team and customers.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Develop and implement best practices to maximize pipeline creation, customer conversion rates.
- Maintain a strong relationship with the top customers and ensure they are provided with accurate proposals, collateral and other information as required.
- Constantly improve knowledge and understanding of the market.
- Ability to set pricing strategies and maximize profit where possible.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, engineering, and customer success, to optimize sales efforts and ensure client satisfaction
- Attend appropriate shows and exhibitions within Brazil.
SKILL & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Minimum of 5 years of proven and successful experience in corporate-sales within the agro-business vertical in Brazil.
- A passion for driving and delivering growth in current and new channels.
- Excellent communication / influencing skills – ability to communicate eloquently.
- Willing to travel to Brazil in high frequency
- Languages: fluent in Portuguese and English – a must, Spanish an advantage
