Business Intelligence Analyst

We are looking for a talented BI Analyst to join our BI team!

Our offices are located in Tel Aviv, conveniently close to all major transportation.

Our team members work from the office four days a week and one day from home.

Responsibilities:

• Gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into BI solutions and proposing a technological solution.
• Analyzing and documenting business processes to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to gather requirements and expectations.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, ensure that deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards.
• Conduct A/B testing and analyze user behavior to enhance the website's user experience significantly.
• Utilize BI tools to generate valuable data.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple interfaces (Business & Technology).

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in data analytics.
• Strong SQL skills and experience in querying large, complex data sets.
• Experience with BI/Data Visualization Tools such as Tableau, Power BI or Looker.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex data and insights in a clear and concise manner.
• Sheer curiosity to unearth the hidden secrets within vast datasets.
• Fast learner, team player, independent with a positive attitude and passion for data
• Experience with Google Big Query - an advantage.
• Experience at a leading internet company - an advantage.
• Experience using Python / R for statistical analysis - an advantage.
