Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing a strategy for attracting affiliates;
- Searching for and attracting new partners to participate in the affiliate program;
- Negotiating and concluding contracts with affiliates;
- Managing and optimizing current affiliate campaigns;
- Analyzing campaign effectiveness and developing proposals for improvement;
- Supporting and developing relationships with existing partners;
- Controlling affiliate payments and maintaining the necessary reporting;
- Training and supporting affiliates on platform usage and program participation.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing; (Crypto/Forex)
- Excellent knowledge of affiliate marketing principles and tools;
- Negotiation and deal-closing skills;
- Analytical mindset, ability to work with data and conduct campaign effectiveness analysis;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;
- Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher;
- Ability to work in a team and make independent decisions.
