Covercy has processed $2.2B in total payments to date and continues to expand offerings to clients in this highly underserved market. Total subscribers on the platform have increased by over 240% since the beginning of 2023. 

The Position:

We are seeking a dedicated and highly motivated Onboarding Specialist with strong technical skills and a high proficiency in Excel. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.

The Onboarding Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring quick, smooth customer setup and go-live to the company’s platform. 

• Part-time position, entry-level position 
• Sunday-Thursday

Responsibilities :

• Analyze and interpret complex customer data, utilizing advanced Excel skills to support decision-making and reporting.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless procedures.
• Provide daily communication and support to international customers in English.
• Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Adapt and respond quickly to changes in a dynamic work environment.
• Maintain a sense of urgency in addressing client needs and operational tasks.

Requirements:

• Strong proven technical skills and background with the ability to understand complex data.
• High proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis.
• Excellent English skills for daily communication.
• Ability to perform under high-pressure, fast-paced conditions.
• Proactive attitude with strong ownership and responsibility.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changes.
• Experience with Microsoft PowerBI- an advantage.
