Product Lead - Identity

Job Description

Join the Wix Identity company as our Roles & Permissions product team lead. The Roles & Permissions products serve a diverse audience of users, from self-creators to Wix partners and enterprise customers. These products are critical for our users' business operations. In this role, you will:

• Lead the Roles & Permissions product team
• Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept ideation to requirements definition to launch
• Obtain a deep understanding of user needs, market trends and emerging technologies to define the strategic direction of Wix Roles & Permissions, and build the product roadmap
• Interact with users of all types (self-creators, partners, enterprise) through different channels, analyzing user data in order to continuously improve and evolve the product
• Work closely with R&D to continuously evolve the Roles & Permissions platform to serve new business scenarios on a huge scale
• Create and maintain relationships with many stakeholders across Wix (senior management, marketing, sales, product, legal, security, customer care and more)
  
  

Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience building consumer web products, working in collaboration with other PMs and across multiple teams
• Experience creating roadmaps for your products, prioritizing features based on user needs, business impact, and required effort
• Significant technical background, having worked closely with R&D, or as a developer
• Great analytical skills: Fluent in defining workflows, and analyzing user needs, intents and business cases, as well as translating them into great user experiences
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills in both Hebrew and English
• Experience managing PMs would be an advantage
• Experience in identity management or building platforms would also be an advantage
