Principal Software Engineer - Cloud and Enterprise Security

We are looking for a highly capable software engineer to technically lead the development of a major new product, take on major engineering challenges, guide and mentor a team of talented engineers, work closely with the product and research teams, and shape the architecture and the engineering standards for this early-stage project. Taking the project to a successful MVP, V1, and beyond, reaching high adoption with tens of thousands of large organizations around the world.

Responsibilities

In this position you will technically lead a large project and a team of engineers, and work closely product management, security research, and UX design, to plan, architect, design, implement and validate, a major new security product rich with new features and value. In addition to strong technical skills, you should have a passion for innovation and software quality. You will need to be comfortable with fast paced security industry by courageously treading the unexplored arenas and thinking ahead of the highly sophisticated attackers.

Qualifications

• Bachelors, or Masters in computer science, engineering or equivalent
• 12+ years of software engineering experience, including cloud service development
• Strong technical skills, excellent coding and debugging skills
• Excellent communication and cross group collaboration skills
• Ability to work in an agile environment and quick learning capability
• Though not required, deep familiarity with cyber security is a big plus
