About The Role

As our Frontend Tech Lead, you will lead the design and development of a new species of web applications that change the way we interact with documents. This key role offers a rare opportunity to build from the ground up the platform that will disrupt and redefine the document experience, for the first time since Adobe, and create a lasting technical legacy.

Requirements:

You will…

• Plan, design and build the frontend of Factify’s document experience from the ground up.
• Be responsible for development of best-in-class web experience, while tackling fascinating intertwined challenges involving performance, scale, security, UX, and AI.
• Recruit and lead Factify’s growing Frontend team, and define a competent engineering team culture.
• Create a robust and complete development lifecycle including testing, deployment, monitoring and tooling.
• Stay ahead of the curve in frontend development and help define Factify’s frontend vision and roadmap.
  
  

• Built impressive frontend systems from the ground up, from design to production and customer support.
• 7+ years of experience working with frontend technologies at scale.
• A passion for, and knowledge in, frontend that can only be defined as witchcraft and wizardry.
• Native tongue proficiency in Typescript and JS frameworks such as React and Next.js.
• Intimate hands-on experience with cross-platform technologies such as Electron.
• Experience with large-scale micro frontend architecture.
• Proven experience working across teams, leading projects and collaborating with other teams.
• Superb problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, and a proven ability to work effectively in a fast dev team environment.
