Job Description: The role includes providing service and support to internal organizational entities on operating systems, communications, and network permissions.
Additionally, availability is required for evening on-call duty and on-call duty on Fridays.
Requirements:
- Relevant certification in the field - mandatory.
- At least one year of experience in Help Desk roles in a medium-sized or larger organization.
- Knowledge and experience working with operating systems, browsers, and email software.
- Ability to handle pressure and flexibility.
- High service awareness.
