Helpdesk Representative (Remote)

Remote Helpdesk representative is needed for a small boutique style IT support company.

Join our team and provide excellent customer service to our clients from the comfort of your home.

As a helpdesk representative, you will be responsible for answering calls and emails from customers who need technical support. You will troubleshoot issues, provide solutions, escalate complex cases, and follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction. You will also be responsible to verify that backup jobs completed successfully, test restores, and verify general server health.

Job Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in English and Hebrew, both written and spoken
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with common software and hardware
