Do you have 3+ years of experience in sourcing & recruiting in both English and Hebrew in Global companies?

Join a leading global company based in the Bursa in Ramat Gan as a Recruiter, and play a crucial role in attracting top talent. You will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. This role requires a proactive and adaptable individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

• Have 3+ years of recruiting & sourcing in Israel and abroad
• Feel 100% confident interviewing in English and in Hebrew.
• Are hands on and able to manage the hiring in the company from A-Z (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing)
• Have experience in global team establishment - sourcing, attracting, and hiring talent from the U.S.A, managing the complexities of international employment laws and cultural differences.
• Know your data, have worked with KPIS in every position and can deliver this information to the managers.
• Are extremely creative and have a Get Stuff Done mentality – our timelines are typically startup-short.

The Role: 

• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals and more
• Create and post job advertisements on relevant platforms.
• Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with candidate information and status.
• Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms, and handle related documentation.
