• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates through proactive networking and research.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability and fit for specific roles.
• Streamline and manage recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system.
• Work closely with the recruitment team to understand client needs and deliver exceptional service.
• Foster strong relationships with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to align on role requirements and candidate profiles.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Recruiting Specialist or similar role, 1 year and above.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
