Kav L'Noar is an Israeli non-profit organization dedicated to providing social-emotional support to youth. Through our network of clinics and school-based programs, we offer a variety of formal and informal services to empower young people and help them navigate the challenges of adolescence.

General Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced social media/content manager to join our team and lead our communication efforts. You will play a key role in raising awareness of Kav L'Noar's mission and services, developing engaging content, and continuing to help Kav L’Noar grow its presence.

Key Responsibilities

●     Develop and execute a comprehensive communication strategy to promote Kav L'Noar's mission, services, and impact.

●     Create high-quality content for various channels, including social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram), email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and our website.

●     Collaborate with graphic designers to ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.

●     Develop a monthly content calendar that aligns with organizational goals and upcoming events.

●     Work closely with the Development Department to support fundraising initiatives.

●     Advise and support general staff on best practices and strategies for their specific needs.

●     Manage and analyse social media content to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.

●     Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies.

●     Assist in all written communications for the organization.

Requirements

●     Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree a plus).

●     Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or communications, preferably in the non-profit sector.

●     Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.

●     Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.

●     Strong understanding of social media marketing and content creation.

●     Experience with email marketing platforms and content management systems (CMS) is a plus.

●     Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

●     Excellent organizational skills and time management.

●     Fluency in Hebrew and English is required.

Hours: 40% Global

Salary: 3,000-5,000 nis per month
