Head of Economics and Control for Sales Division

What you'll do:

• Manage and mentor the Economics and Control team
• Drive financial processes and support decision-making
• Implement a business-financial culture in overheads, incentives, and distribution commissions
• Partner with business units on Sales Division overheads
• Lead rolling forecast and budgeting processes
• Collaborate on cross-organizational sales projects

You're our ideal candidate if you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics/Business Administration (Master's is a plus)
• 3-4 years' experience managing an economics department
• Project management experience (advantage)
• Knowledge of overheads and incentives (significant advantage)
• Strong interpersonal and partnership-building skills
• Resilience and ability to thrive under pressure
