Account Manager

GlossAi uses social media and AI to uncover and push personalized insights across brands. We're seeking an Account Manager to join our Operations team! You will be responsible for conducting weekly reports for clients and serving as their primary contact within the company. In this role, you will have direct influence on shaping the future of our offerings, by accurately conveying customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing relationships from onboarding and on.
• Conduct and deliver comprehensive weekly reports, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
• Understand clients' needs, ensuring their goals are met and exceeded.
• Communicate client requirements to internal teams.
• Work with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement.
