HR Data Analyst

Role Description

• :Work closely with the technological division's resource database (HR, payroll, procurement, projects, budget, and more)
• .Develop and maintain SQL models and Qlik Sense dashboards
• .Present data and insights to managers, draw conclusions, and suggest actionable steps
• .Develop predictive models, metrics, and tools for performance management
• .Conduct ad-hoc and periodic analyses that combine business understanding with data insights

Requirement

• s:3-5 years of experience in the fiel
• d.Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Industrial Engineering and Management, Management and Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, Accounting
• ).High proficiency in SQL and Exce
• l.Advantage: Experience with Qlik Sense and SAP system
• s.Good understanding of banking units and internal processes is a plu
• s.Experience in data collection, consolidation, presentation, report building, and creating presentations (ability to switch from micro to macro perspective
• ).Strong ability to work independently, with curiosity and initiative to improve and advanc
• e.Excellent data analysis and conclusion-drawing skill
