Job Description:
- Support the SNOW system from incident resolution to performance improvement.
- Develop implementation specifications and deploy data.
- Design various solutions within the ServiceNow environment.
- Maintain existing modules within ServiceNow.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance, execute developments, and customize the product to meet client needs.
Role Requirements:
- Software Engineer or Bachelor's degree in exact sciences.
- 2-3 years of experience in ServiceNow development, including ITOM, ITSM, and Service Portal modules – mandatory.
- Experience in interfacing systems using REST – mandatory.
- Proficiency in JavaScript coding – mandatory.
- Experience with Rest APIs – mandatory.
