What You'll Do:

Lead and Build our Code Defender Product:

• Take ownership of Code Defender and lead its development.
• Lead all developers associated with the product, ensuring cohesive teamwork and optimal productivity.
• Shape both architectural and business decisions, driving meaningful impact and ensuring the product meets market demands.

• Work closely with product management and field teams to ensure the product continues to grow and evolve.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand customer needs and ensure our product exceeds their expectations.
  
  

• Oversee the architecture of the system to ensure it can handle high-scale demands efficiently and reliably.
• Implement architectural best practices to optimize system performance and scalability.
• Regularly review and update the system architecture to stay aligned with the latest industry trends and technological advancements.
  
  

• Manage and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

• At least 3 years of experience in managing engineering teams with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  
  

• 5+ years of professional experience in system design and implementation, with the ability to contribute hands-on to the development process.
  
  

• Extensive experience in designing and implementing large-scale, robust, and scalable architectures.
  
  

• Demonstrated expertise in developing, deploying, and maintaining scalable, efficient, and robust cloud-based solutions.
  
  

• Expert in handling complex challenges in high-load environments through adept use of multithreaded programming techniques.
  
  

• Solid understanding of architectural frameworks and best practices for large-scale backend services.
  
  

• Known for a collaborative approach, seamlessly integrating with cross-functional teams to achieve technological excellence.
