Job Description

Test Engineer leads the tests, the transfer characteristics for the production of VLSI components. The role includes:

• Responsible for electrical test , insuring tester performance and operation procedure.
• Involvement in defining the test plan of the product, Testing and characterization in identifying problems pursuit for stable and accurate test results.
• Test Engineer combines knowledge of device , software and hardware systems used for product testing.
• Coordination and leading the Test Engineers development during product testing
• Familiarity with the ATE testing processes.

Job Requirements

• Graduate degree in Electrical Engineering/SW – Required.
• Experience on die sort and or final test – Required.
• Experience on Unix / Linux - a significant advantage.
• Knowledge of Python, Perl, VB - advantage.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English – Required
