Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR & Operations Specialist, based in the Tel Aviv District, Israel.

You’ll be responsible for day-to-day HR activities, including implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and handling personnel matters. You'll also take on key operational and financial responsibilities — from managing salaries and liaising with accountants to basic bookkeeping and reporting.

This role reports directly to the CEO and plays a vital part in keeping the company running smoothly as we grow.

Qualifications

• You're a true pet lover
• Knowledge in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies
• Knowledge of personnel management
• Strong administrative and office operations skills
• Familiarity with financial processes (payroll, accounting coordination, expense tracking)
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• High proficiency in English (The interview is in English)
• Proficient in HR software and office tools – Advantage
• Previous experience in HR, finance, or operations roles – Advantage
