Marketing Designer

Unleash is a dynamic startup located in the heart of Tel Aviv. We're on the lookout for a talented Marketing Designer to join our innovative design team.

What you'll do:

• Support our growing marketing efforts - create web designs, animations, blog posts, one-pagers, landing pages, social media posts, sales decks and etc
• Develop and maintain the brand's visual language, ensuring consistent application across all media and marketing materials.
• Construct creative concepts and communicate them clearly
• Ensure alignment of all visual designs with the company’s branding and marketing strategy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-4 years experience in marketing design or similar roles
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and etc) + Figma.
• Motion and After Effects experience- MUST
• High-quality, pixel-perfect design with strong attention to detail.
• Exceptional creativity and understanding of color, composition, and typography.
• Proven track record of designing across multiple platforms, including digital, creative ads, print, and social media.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with multiple teams.
• Illustration skills - A BIG PLUS
• Knowledge of Webflow - A BIG PLUS
