Student Customer Support tier 1/2/3 (Nights and Weekends)

About the Company: NetNut Proxy Network, a fast-growing Start-up, located in TLV, is offering an exciting opportunity for a proactive and technically inclined 3rd. year student to join our amazing team as a Student Customer Support tier 1/2/3 (130-150 hours per month).

This role is perfect for someone who is eager to gain hands-on experience in the realm of networks and proxies and customer-facing. You will have the chance to immerse yourself in a dynamic environment where you'll contribute to the enhancement of network performance in our customer area through proxy systems.

Responsibilities:

• Participated in the configuration, installation, and management of proxy systems to optimize network performance.
• Contribute to projects involving the development, updates, and maintenance of existing proxy infrastructure.
• Swiftly address technical issues related to proxies and networks, ensuring prompt troubleshooting and resolution.
• Engage in analyzing network data traffic and identifying patterns to enhance overall performance.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of networks and the underlying mechanisms of proxy systems.
• Knowledge with languages, such as, bash, python and Json
• Quick learning ability and a strong desire to acquire in-depth technical knowledge in the field.
• Customer orientated skills

Flexibility in working hours on nights and weekends shifts is a must.

Effective teamwork and independent work capabilities, coupled with analytical problem-solving skills.

English communication skills are must.
