Product Marketing Manager

Position Overview:

Massivit is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Marketing Manager to lead the development and management of our innovative 3D printing solutions. This role will be instrumental in shaping the future of the 3D printing industry by delivering products that meet market demands and exceed customer expectations. The Product Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define product strategies, drive the product development process, and ensure successful market adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute product strategies that align with Massivit's long-term vision and market

opportunities.

· Conduct in-depth market research to identify customer needs, emerging trends, and competitive

analysis to inform product development decisions.

· Collaborate with engineering and design teams to conceptualize and manage the end-to-end

product development process. Ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of products.

· Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the short-term and long-term product

plans, including defining feature sets, timelines, and resource allocation.

· Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, customer support, and

manufacturing, to coordinate product launches, promotions, and customer support initiatives.

· Monitor the entire product lifecycle, from inception to retirement, and make data-driven

decisions to enhance products, discontinue underperforming products, or introduce

new products as needed.

· Advocate for user-centric design and ensure products meet or exceed customer expectations in

terms of usability and overall experience.

· Develop pricing strategies that align with product positioning, market dynamics, and revenue

goals.

· Create product documentation and collateral such as presentations, brochures, videos and

provide training to internal teams, channel partners, and end-users as necessary.

· Support world wide sales teams in the regions

· Collaborate with quality assurance teams to maintain high product quality and performance.

· Ensure that products adhere to industry standards, safety regulations, and certifications as

required.

· Continuously monitor product performance, collect, and analyze customer feedback, and drive

improvements based on data-driven insights.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., engineering, business, or marketing). MBA or equivalent

advanced degree is a plus.

· Proven experience in product management, with a track record of successful product launches.

· Strong technical and market knowledge in the 3D printing industry

· Excellent project management and leadership skills.

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

· Analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.

· Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities.

· Ability to be abroad between 25-30%
