Purchasing/material planning ( High-tech manufacturing company)
What You Will Do?
- Analysis of MRP requirements and creation of orders throughout the ERP system.
- Following the order after it arrives at the supplier.
- open work orders and sub-contractor's shipment
- Status updates of the orders in the ERP system and fluent contact with suppliers.
- Supplier overall management: strategy/negotiations with suppliers/contracts, On-site audit, and evaluation.
- Producing reports and analyses for different activities.
- Finding creative solutions for different problems.
- regarding the orders: prices, delivery dates, etc.
- Multiple work interfaces within the organization and outside organizations in Israel and abroad.
- Wide Knowledge of bill of material/Engineering change.
Requirements:
- B.A degree.
- 4-7 years of experience in purchasing/material planning purchasing electronics, optics, and mechanics.
- Fluent English.
- Experience in ERP systems / MRP planning module.
- Procurement in a variety of different commodities - an advantage.
- Experience in closing strategic contracts with suppliers – an advantage.
- Experience from a global organization - an advantage.
- Priority Netsuite system experience
