Role Overview: Revenue Operations Specialist

We are looking for a German-speaking Revenue Operations Specialist to play a crucial role in managing our financial transactions and operations. This position is responsible for ensuring the accurate processing of customer receipts, invoicing, and accounts receivable. Additionally, you will serve as a key liaison between our sales and finance teams to facilitate seamless operations and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Payment Allocation: Review, identify, and allocate incoming payments to customer accounts.
• Invoicing: Prepare and issue accurate invoices to customers.
• Accounts Receivable Management: Monitor overdue accounts and initiate follow-up actions.
• Collection Meetings: Conduct meetings to address missing, delayed, and at-risk payments.
• Sales Commissions: Calculate and ensure timely payout of sales commissions. Communicate sales performance and commission earnings to the sales team.
• Cross-Department Coordination: Act as the connecting link between sales and finance departments. Participate in sales meetings to provide financial insights.
• Collection Forecasting: Conduct periodic collection forecasting to predict future cash flows based on current receivables.
• Process Improvement: Enhance and automate financial processes by implementing tools to improve accuracy, and efficiency, and reduce manual effort. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data integration and process efficiency.
• Support German Subsidiary: Assist with financial aspects related to our German subsidiary, ensuring compliance with local regulations and efficient financial operations.
• Additional Projects: Assist the finance team with occasional additional projects.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in finance operations, accounts receivable, or related roles.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with ERP and CRM systems. Experience with process automation tools and technologies is a plus. Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and process improvement.
• Language Skills: Fluent in German and English.
• Location: Based in Israel or Germany.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
