Business Development Representative (BDR)

Main responsibilities:

• Generate leads and build the customer pipeline through prospecting, networking, cold calling and cold emails, using demand generation and prospecting tools
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly qualified lead targets
• Ensure that inbound and outbound leads meet Firmbase’s qualification criteria
• Document daily activities in CRM tool
• Represent Firmbase with integrity and professionalism in all written and oral communication

About you:

• Flawless communication skills, both written and oral
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in a BDR role, with a proven track record in building a leads pipeline via email and cold calls
• A tenacious, ambitious, and persistent hunter mentality with can-do attitude, and a dedication to sales outcomes
• Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or other similar prospecting solutions
• Strong attention to detail, good time management, and analytical skills
• Flexibility to talk with customers during US work hours
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
