Are you tech-savvy and passionate about healthcare? Join us as an Integration Specialist / Operational Engineer at MedHub-Ai and provide support to users with our AutocathFFR software. This role focuses on the operational integration of AutocathFFR in cath-labs around the world.

Key Responsibilities:

• Software Integration: Integrate AutocathFFR into cath-lab systems globally.
• Installation and Support: Handle the installation of the software and provide on-site support.
• Technical Expertise: Utilize your technical background to ensure smooth operations and troubleshoot issues.
• User Training: Conduct training sessions for physicians and end-users on the AutocathFFR software to ensure they are comfortable with its functionality.
• Monitoring and Feedback: Monitor global sites to ensure high usage rates, gather feedback from physicians and users, and maintain strong relationships with end users.
• Update and Maintenance: Install updated versions of the software and provide continuous support.
• Feedback Dissemination: Communicate field feedback to the UI/UX team and development team to enhance the software.

Requirements:

• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in the medical device field, specifically in cardiology.
• Specialization: Strong experience in the physiology field (FFR, iFR, etc.) is highly advantageous.
• X-Ray Integration: Experience with integration to x-ray imaging systems is a significant plus.
• Education: A first degree in a life science field is required.
• Technical Skills: A solid technical background is necessary for software installation and troubleshooting.
• Travel: Willingness to travel extensively (a lot of air time) to provide on-site support.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills to liaise with physicians, users, and internal teams.
