The Role:

We're seeking a Revenue Operations Specialist with experience working with CRM and Marketing systems. This role is perfect for someone ready to take the next step in their career and make a significant impact in a dynamic startup environment. You'll work closely with our founding team, gaining hands-on experience across various aspects of revenue operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support client projects from initial planning to implementation
• Assist in CRM system administration and tech stack management for our clients.
• Analyze data to contribute to strategy development for operational improvements and revenue growth
• Help develop and deliver training programs for new processes and systems
• Contribute to solutions that enhance operational efficiency, customer acquisition, and retention strategies
• Assist in executing cold email and LinkedIn marketing campaigns and lead generation initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience working as Sales Operations, Marketing Automations, CRM admin or a similar role.
• 1-2 years of experience working with HubSpot.
• Solid understanding of data analysis and ability to derive insights from data
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced startup environment

Significant Advantages:

• Familiarity with Lead to Cash processes
• Experience with lead generation tools (e.g., Apollo, ZoomInfo)
• Knowledge of email & Linkedin marketing platforms
