Research Development Mechanical Engineer

As part of our product development team, you will design and develop novel solutions in the field of green energy. This is a hands-on role that will challenge you both technically and creatively while providing an opportunity to work on a technology for a better future.

What will you do?

• Generate and implement new ideas and innovations to meet overall system design specifications
• Design, analyze, manufacture/fabricate, and test prototypes and products
• Develop detailed mechanical designs for prototypes and for volume manufacturing and commercialization
• Document designs and results using detailed drawings, reports, and presentations

Requirements:

• BSc in Mechanical engineering or other related Engineering degree
• Minimum 5 years of proven work experience in R&D
• Experience creating and modifying complex 3D models and complete 2D drawing sets using Solidworks.
• Experience in precision parts and mechanism design
• Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals in mechanics / mechanisms, heat transfer, and fluids
• Experience in design for rapid prototype and design for manufacturing
