Data Engineer

Role Description:

• Part of a 2-person team, reporting to the Director of System & Data
• Significant work with data, both internal and customer data
• Creating a Data Lake for the organization, writing high-scale data pipelines in an AWS environment, on Linux
• Developing in Python and working with ETL processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer-science\information-systems or equivalent knowledge
• Proven experience in working with Python, SQL, Kafka, Spark
• Experience with ETL pipelines
• 4 years of software development experience
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
