We're hiring a Content Support Analyst to resolve complex content issues and provide exceptional customer support.

Responsibilities:

- Resolve complex content issues by analyzing customer concerns, identifying root causes, and implementing effective solutions.

- Provide high-level customer support through daily interaction using CRM systems.

- Collaborate closely with internal teams and assist in new employee training.

- Partner with internal and external teams to optimize customer experience and ensure quick resolution of issues.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in relevant field (MLIS, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering).

1-2 years of technical customer service experience.

Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
