Job responsibilities:

• Managing the engineering department in the company, responsibility for and leading NPI (New Product Introduction) activities - transfer from development to production
• Managing projects that will lead to improvements in the engineering aspect of the production system
• Building and maintaining product files, performing Qualification tests
• Developing processes, coordinating projects, and working with various interfaces in the company
• Writing work instructions and process specifications
• Providing engineering solutions to production problems, fault investigation, improvement, and optimization
• Working with suppliers/contractors in Israel and abroad, including their certification

Job scope: Full-time

Location: Haifa

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related fields - mandatory
• At least two years of experience in transfer to production - mandatory
• Experience in production from the medical device industry - mandatory
• Experience with multidisciplinary systems - mechanics (mandatory), electronics, optics (advantage)
• Experience and familiarity with the SolidWorks system - a significant advantage
• Proficiency in Hebrew and English - mandatory, Russian language – advantage
