Quality Assurance Engineer

A company in the SaaS Car Mobility sector providing payment and charging solutions for electric vehicles in the USA and Europe. Their main products are SaaS solutions for managing and charging electric vehicles and optimizing energy use. This includes navigation apps for charging destinations and a no-touch payment and clearing app that automatically updates after charging.

The company has major clients in the United States and across Europe and is considered highly profitable. In early 2022, it was acquired for over $200 million by a large international company specializing in smart transportation and mobility, but it has remained an independent and innovative entity.

Located in the Sharon region, the company allows two days of remote work and employs around 130 people.

Role Description:

• Be part of the QA team
• Conduct manual testing for the company's Web and mobile SaaS products
• Perform server-side and client-side testing, API testing, log reading, and analysis

Responsibility:

• Design, write, execute, and maintain E2E tests for various web and mobile components for new features and existing product customizations.
• Conduct white box and black box application testing.
• Review product specification documents and identify tests requirements.
• Collaborate with the technical and product teams.
• Suggest solutions & improvements for product problems.
• Stay up to date with new testing tools and tests strategies & methodologies.

Requirements:

• 5 years of QA experience testing highly complex environments.
• Experience in testing both Client & Server sides.
• Experience in testing Restful API.
• Experience in using browser debug tools.
• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Highly motivated, great self-learner, responsible, independent.
• Ability to drill down and find the root cause of problems
