Job Title – Customer Success - Cyber Crisis Readiness & Management

Position Overview:
- Customer Relationships: Forge and nurture solid relationships with customers, actively engaging to build trust and understanding. Delve into their security risks, challenges, and goals to provide customized support and solutions.
- Feedback Integration: Actively solicit and use customer feedback to shape product development and refine our cybersecurity services.
- Account Management: Oversee the renewal process to secure high customer retention and manage account expansions.
- Onboarding Excellence: Lead the integration of new clients onto our platform, ensuring they are well-versed in its functionalities and benefits.
- Training and Empowerment: Deliver training sessions and resources that enable customers to effectively use our solutions and strengthen their security defenses.
- Industry Expertise: Stay informed on the latest in cybersecurity threats, technological advancements, and market trends to offer knowledgeable advice to our customers.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in customer success within a B2B cybersecurity SaaS environment.
- Knowledge Base: Solid background in cybersecurity, risk management, cyber law or a related discipline.
- Education: A bachelor’s degree is a must. Cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+) are a plus.
- Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English, adept at clarifying complex concepts persuasively.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach to issue resolution.
- Project Management: Proven experience in managing projects or customer accounts with successful results.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to quickly learn, adapt to new technologies, and stay current with industry movements in a fast-paced, evolving start-up environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM and customer success platforms is beneficial.
- Soft Skills: Empathy, strategic thinking, alignment of customer success strategies with business objectives, resilience, and effective stress management in demanding situations.
