The Role
We are seeking a self-starter Full Stack Developer to manage and refine workflows within our existing Podio CRM system and lead our transition to Salesforce. You will be utilizing your in-depth knowledge of our current infrastructure to ensure a seamless migration and will work closely with our consultancy partners, CEO and Leadership team to customize and optimize the Salesforce platform, aligning it with our unique business requirements. This is a pivotal role in enhancing our CRM capabilities and driving efficiency and growth across the organization.
This role requires a quick learner, a problem solver, and someone who is passionate about technology, innovation, business automations and workflows.
Be Accountable For:
- Deep Analysis of Existing CRM: Thoroughly analyze and understand the current CRM system, including its features, workflows, and data structure.
- Design, develop, and implement CRM solutions, including customizations and integrations.
- Create and manage APIs to facilitate seamless data exchange between the CRM and other systems.
- Integrate CRM systems with other business applications to streamline operations.
- Ensure data integrity and synchronization across integrated systems.
- Identify opportunities to optimize business processes through Salesforce implementation.
- Conduct thorough testing to ensure the implementation meets all functional requirements and is free from defects.
- Customize and configure the CRM system to replicate and enhance the functionalities of the existing CRM.
- Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
- Monitor and optimize automation performance to ensure seamless operations.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues within the CRM and related systems.
- Stay updated with the latest CRM and technology trends.
- Propose and implement innovative solutions to improve CRM functionalities and user experience.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and address any business challenges.
The Right Person:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Salesforce/CRM certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Microsoft Dynamics 365) is highly preferred.
- 1-2 years of proven experience with API development or CRM development
- Experience with business automations and workflows.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or C#.
- Strong understanding of API integration and development.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or HubSpot.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
- Strong project management skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Independent, self-starter and fast-learner, accurate and well-organized with the ability to prioritize.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, great communicator, a team-player at heart.
- Versatile and flexible, with ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced working environment.
Working hours: Sunday-Thursday, Hybrid and flexible. Our office are located in TLV, Hamelacha St.
