The Role

We're hiring a senior full-stack developer to work directly with our founding developer. This is a technical co-lead position where you'll shape architecture, own features end-to-end, and help build our engineering culture.

You'll work across our mobile app (Flutter) and backend systems (Node.js), solving real problems around scheduling logic, availability algorithms, and user experience.

What You'll Do

Core Responsibilities

Build features across Flutter mobile app and Node.js backend

Design scalable solutions for booking systems, scheduling, and real-time operations

Write efficient, well-structured code that integrates with our existing architecture

Participate in technical decisions and database design

Collaborate directly with founders and support teams

Technical Challenges

Complex availability and conflict resolution algorithms

Real-time data synchronization across platforms

Performance optimization for high-traffic scenarios

Third-party API integrations and external systems

Building intuitive, responsive mobile interfaces

Required Skills

Must-Have Technical Skills

3+ years professional Node.js backend development

2+ years professional Flutter mobile development

Strong database skills (PostgreSQL/MySQL) - complex queries and optimization

RESTful API design and best practices

Git workflow and collaborative development

Understanding of authentication, authorization, and security

Essential Qualities

Clean code mindset - maintainable, readable, efficient

Self-directed and ownership-driven

Strong problem-solving with complex business logic

Excellent communication in Hebrew and English

Comfortable in a small, fast-moving team

Nice-to-Have

Experience with booking/reservation systems

Ionic Angular knowledge

Payment gateway integrations
