We are looking for a Help Desk Support Specialist for out IT team
📍Location: Full-time position at the company's site in Beit Kama.
(organized transportation is available from Be'er Sheva).
Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving inquiries from company employees on various issues, including technical problems, questions, and requests for assistance, and addressing them quickly and efficiently.
- Managing and documenting support activities, tasks, and existing solutions in the support system.
- Providing and installing computer equipment and assisting in employee training.
- Managing and supporting internal organizational systems, including authentication and access systems, shared folders, and supporting various internal systems.
- Assisting with technical troubleshooting, network communication, and hardware issues for users and internal organizational systems.
Requirements:
- previous experience in the IT field
- Familiarity with Managing users in Active Directory.
- Proficiency in Supporting Office 365 softwares
- Familiarity with Hardware support - computers, monitors, printers, scanners.
- Familiarity with SysAid software - an advantage.
- Education: Network Manager / Computer Technician - an advantage.
